Simple Cleansing Oil Review

Simple is known for having just that, simple ingredients! Now for someone who has quite dry sensitive skin, I am always careful when trying out new products. For the longest time I have stuck by my The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter which I still use today. But for me the nearest The Body Shop isn't easily accessible so when the Simple Cleansing Oil came out I was soo excited to give it a try. I've already tried a heap of Simple's Cleansing Products prior and I am a huge fan of their cleansing wipes which you can read about HERE if you want to read about my thoughts on all their variations!

First of all this packaging is very small slim and compact which is great. It's got 125mL which has lasted me quite a long time given that I double cleanse almost every night. I do this so that I can 1 - to take my makeup off and 2 - to give my face an extra clean once all the makeup is gone.

Despite it being an oil, which is something you might have to get use to if this is your first time your delving into the world of cleansing oils, from your trusty micellar waters. Once you have rubbed this into your skin and washed it with luke warm water, it won't leave an oily residue (So oily skin prone peeps - don't fear!) Now for my sensitive skin peeps also don't be afraid because this is fragrance free and did not irritate my skin or sting me eyes.

I find this so quick and easy to use that I often bypass my cleansing wipes on lazy days and automatically reach for this as it also takes of the strongest of my matte liquid lipsticks and my waterproof mascara. In the end isn't that all what we want! I think it's safe to say that this has made it to my Holy Grail of products especially because it so quick an easy to use, will get the job done and I can walk over to my nearest supermarket in an emergency and know that I can find my new fave cleansing product.
